1Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2Eligibility

Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean that those owners sponsor or endorse NESBUY.

5Product Information

We work to show product images, descriptions, sizes, specifications and prices accurately. Screen settings can change how colors appear, and natural products such as honey can vary slightly in color, texture or crystallization from one batch to another.

Despite our care, mistakes can happen. If we find an error, we may correct it. If the error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you so you can confirm the corrected details or cancel the order.

6Prices & Availability

All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices, promotions and availability may change at any time without prior notice, but a change will not affect an order that we have already confirmed.

We may limit quantities, update products or stop offering a product at any time. If a price or listing error is discovered after you order, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you have made.

7Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it to you, for example by order confirmation email or by shipping the products. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order, for reasons such as stock problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incomplete information. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the payment.

You agree to give accurate and complete billing and shipping details and to use only payment methods that you are authorized to use. Payments are processed through our payment providers at checkout.

8Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, weather and other events outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, shipping costs and delivery estimates.

Please check that your shipping address is correct before you place your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

9Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains which items can be returned, the time limits that apply and how to request a return or refund. It forms part of these Terms.

10Product Use & Safety

Please read product labels and packaging and use products as directed. Honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age. If you have allergies, are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition or take medication, please talk to a healthcare professional before consuming any food product.

The Site may contain links to other websites and may rely on third-party services such as payment and shipping providers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Please review their terms before using them.

12Disclaimers

The Site and its products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new “Last Updated” date, and continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the changes.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and NESBUY about the use of the Site and your purchases.
